2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent, which must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
A description of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction of the federal court where your service provider is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.
Once we receive your counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in question if the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit or disable access to the website of any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, even if it is their first infringement.

4.Misrepresentations
